Submitting a nomination

Thank you for your interest in nominating, and we look forward to your nomination in 2012. Please be aware that nominations close at Midnight on the 13th of May 2012 or 3rd June for Tas, ACT, NT and WA.

In 2012 a nomination requires:

  • A completed nomination form (including nominator and nominee statement)
  • A maximum four page CV
  • One portrait photograph of at least 300 dpi resolution
