2011 BP Education Grants – Western Australia

Are you a Western Australian public secondary school with a great idea for a school project but need some funding to make it happen?
BP is delighted to continue its tradition of supporting Western Australian schools, with the launch of the BP Education Grant Program for 2011.
The program offers Western Australian public secondary schools the opportunity to apply for a grant of up to $3000 to be used to provide resources or experiences so students can take part in projects and activities beyond the traditional classroom environment. Projects should be derived from at least one of the following themes:
- Science & Technology
- Environment
- Energy
- Engineering
Schools who successfully apply for a BP grant consent to hosting a small promotional event at the school to launch the project, at which time the cheque will be presented. BP will assist by funding up to $100 in refreshments and by inviting media and local dignitaries to the launch.
