Cavalcade of Scientists information pages
These pages contain information on a range of outstanding Australian scientists (past and present) and their achievements.
These pages were originally developed as part of the Tall Poppy Campaign’s Cavalcade of Scientists; a science education project that brought the work of Australia’s most outstanding scientists (past and present) to school students. The project sought nominations for Australia’s most outstanding scientists from the country’s most prestigious science organisations and developed these educational resources to improve school students' understanding of important scientific developments and their recognition of the Australian scientists who achieved them.
