Dr Edmund Ward

 

Edmund received degrees in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, where his doctoral research focused on developing the role of three-dimensional microscopy in applied science and nanotechnology.

He also spent a year at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and recently completed a cultural scholarship at the College of Economics, Fukuoka University, Japan. Edmund is passionate about enhancing the positive role of science and technology in society, and seeks greater engagement between scientific communities, policy-makers, and the general public. His other interests include trail-running, chamber music, and managing back-soon.com, a website status information service.
