
Governance
The Australian Institute of Policy and Science is a not-for-profit Company Limited by Guarantee. Our ABN is: 71 000 025 507.
The Institute is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors which meets at least four times a year, and holds its Annual General Meeting in November each year. The Executive Director is delegated to act as Company Secretary.
The Institute is a national organisation and its initiatives and programs are implemented by our staff and volunteer team.
Annual General Meetings
The 2009 Australian Institute of Policy & Science Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at 5pm on 18th November at
Ogilvy House, 72 Christie Street, St Leonards NSW 2065.
The AGM is open to all members of the Institute to attend, and new members are welcome. Members must be individuals. The Institute also invites Associate Members to join, although they do not have full voting rights at the AGM. Guests are also welcome to attend as non-voting participants at AGMs.
